AUGUST 2008 - Nicole Miller (Kobra International Ltd.) appointed SkyView Advisors as its non-exclusive representative in Korea.

APRIL 2008 - MGM / MSC Korea signed MOU with Incheon International Airport Corp. to build an MGM Theme Park by around 2011

SEPTEMBER 2006 – Signed a licensing representation agreement with Well Creative for North and South American market

AUGUST 2006 – Signed a licensing agent agreement with Universal Studios

AUGUST 2006 – Signed TV broadcast agreement with Daekyo Kids TV for Sesame Street programs

JULY 2006 – Secure several licensing agreements for Sesame Street properties
